Meet the Team

Beatriz Benitez

My name is Beatriz Benitez I am the Program Director of Casa de Rosa LLC. I started in the Social Services field in 1998. I started as a Care Giver, providing services to people with special needs. Over time I have worked in other Tucson agencies as a program coordinator and Director as well. For me, you get the best satisfaction from helping others and making a difference when you do it from the heart. My dedication, experience, and love for my job allowed me to achieve one of my personal dreams.

Lidia Enriquez

My name is Lidia Enriquez. I started as a Caregiver at Casa de Rosa in 2016 providing services to people with special needs. I loved my job and being able to help those in need of our help and am dedicated to making a difference in their lives. Having the opportunity to become a Program Coordinator has been a big accomplishment in my career; to keep learning and growing as a professional in this field, and to continue making a difference in people’s life. I am truly blessed and grateful for being part of the Casa de Rosa, LLC team.

Beatriz Lopez

My name is Beatriz Lopez, I moved to Tucson, Az in 2010, and I was blessed with 4 wonderful children. My passion and dedication to helping others have always been in me as far as I can remember, becoming a caregiver and an activities coordinator in an assisted living home was one of the best choices I have made because it has led me to where I am now. Becoming a program coordinator and instructor has been a huge accomplishment for me. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity I have been given to be part of this great team. I am looking forward and eager to see in what other areas I can grow professionally. An everyday goal for me is to always try to be that sunshine in someone’s life. Remember you can make that difference!!!!!!!!

Rosa Rodriguez

Hello, I am Rosa Rodriguez I am the Billing and Payroll Specialist of Casa de Rosa, LLC. I started working with people with disabilities and the Division of Developmental Disabilities in 1989. Since then, I have worked as an Independent Provider through another agency in Tucson. I also developed and managed summer programs and have been a foster mom with children with special needs since 2004. Throughout my career, I dreamed of starting a local DDD-approved agency to help build the support of those in need with local community members.

Arturo Rodriguez

Hello, I am Arturo Rodriguez. I worked as a Direct Care Provider while I was studying at the University of Arizona. However, I grew up within the Tucson disability community since my mom became a provider and a foster mom for children with disabilities. My up-brining and exposure to the community allowed me to learn compassion for all life which brought me back to work in the field after nearly 10 years working in higher education. I am inspired every day by my wife and three beautiful children to put forth my best human effort to support those in need.

In Loving Memory
